Cheer in Motion Cheer and Recreational Class

These classes are a fun, low commitment introduction to Cheerleading to learn basic cheer skills and make new friends. Rec classes are available throughout the year and run once a week for 12 sessions. There is a minimum number of registered participants for this class to run. Speak to the club for more details.

Allstar Prep Program

A fun filled class covering jumps, stunts, tumbling and dance components to prepare you for an competitive allstar cheer team. Ideal for athletes just starting out wanting the experience of cheerleading without the full pressure of competition. Great option for families looking for a cheerleading experience without the strict requirements of a full allstar team with less financial commitments. This team competes at 1-2 competitions at the prep level.

Competitive L1 and L2

Both programs require a ten-month commitment from athletes and families and have strict attendance policies, with cheer expected to be the extra-curricular priority. Athletes and families are asked to manage their time accordingly to prevent missed practices due to school assignments, vacations, appointments, etc. Attend each and every practice and competition on time and plan vacations accordingly.
